If you have already enabled your Mobile EBT account on mobileebt.com, then you can find your Username on this website. You can see a video on how to find it here, or follow the instructions below:
- Log into the mobileebt.com/worldpay/login website. If you have forgotten your password for this website, just click on the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.
- Once you login, you can go to the top right corner of the screen and click on "My Account", which will show you your account information, including your Username that has been assigned to you.
Make note that you cannot change your Username; it is assigned you and must remain the same. However, you can make a note of it if you ever need it at the market by entering it into your Notes app on the device.
If you have not used the Welcome Email to setup your password for the mobileebt.com website, your account has not been enabled. If you have not received this Welcome Email from Mobile Market, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
