If you have multiple people using this device at your market locations, you might want to keep track of what each person is selling. You can do this by adding Users to your selected Merchant Names.
For instance, if you have a location where your assistant runs the device as well as yourself, and you want to see how much your Assistant Manager sells, you can create a User for them so they can have their own login and ability to run the device separate from your own login.

When you have completed adding your Users, you can see that their name will show up on the receipts under the location you have specified:
