Learn how to Re-Install the MM+ Select app
There may be times when you need to Re-Install the MM+ Select app.
The process can also be used as a troubleshooting step for app-related issues.
Use the following steps to Re-Install the MM+ Select app on your device:
- Login to the MM+ Select app on your mobile device
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Re-Install Device"
- Tap "Re-Install Only (data kept)"*
- Tap "Re-Install" to confirm your selection
- Input your username and password to reactivate your device
* Please note that "Full Erase and Re-Install" should ONLY be used when troubleshooting issues with the app. This command will erase all receipt, merchant, and transaction data. The affected data will be unrecoverable.
