The MobileEBT website boasts several features designed to allow you to edit your account information, administer your mobile devices, and most importantly, generate detailed transaction reports.
This article details the Transaction Search page, and discusses how search filters can be used to create customized transactions reports for your market.
Access the Transaction Search Page
To access the Transaction Search page at MobileEBT.com, follow the instructions below:
- Login to the MobileEBT website (Learn how to login to the MobileEBT site)
- Click the "Transactions" link in the "Processor Information" section on the left
The Transaction Search page shows the name and physical address of your market in the top-left hand section of the display. Below this information you will find several filters you can apply to a search of your market's transaction history. Use these search filters to create customized transactions reports for your market.
Search Filters
The Search Filters are:
- From Date and To Date
- Terminal
- Transaction Type
- Response
From Date and To Date
The "From Date" and "To Date" search filters are text fields accompanied by calendar buttons you can use to select a date range to include in your search. Use these filters to find a detailed transaction history for any date(s) you specify. The format to use for dates in the text fields is m/d/yyyy. Note that this search filter will auto-populate yesterday and today's date, and that you must have a valid date in both fields before you can search your market's transaction history.
Terminal
The "Terminal" search filter is a list box you can use to select a device, or terminal, to include in your search. Use this filter to find a detailed transaction history for any terminal you specify. Leave this filter blank to search your market's transaction history for all terminals.
Transaction Type
The "Transaction Type" search filter is a list box you can use to select a type of transaction to include in your search. Use this filter to find a detailed transaction history for any transaction type you specify. Leave this filter blank to search your market's transaction history for all transaction types.
Response
The "Response" search filter is a list box you can use to select a transaction resolution, or response, provided by the WorldPay server to include in your search. Use this filter to find a detailed transaction history for any response type you specify. Leave this filter blank to search your market's transaction history for all response types.
Create Your Report
After your search filters have been selected, click the "Search" button to search your market's transaction history.
After your market's transaction history search is complete, click the "Export to Excel" button to create a .csv file. You can import this .csv file into Microsoft Excel and several other spreadsheet applications to create a transaction report for your market.
