Add Payment Method and Purchase Subscription

Add Payment Method

  1. Log in to your TotilPay Customer PortalBe sure to delete anything after the .com to make sure you are directed to the new portal.
  2. Select either TotilPay Go or TotilPay Register and click Go.
  3. Click Login.
  4. Enter your Username and Password.
  5. Click the Add Payment Method button and follow the prompts to enter either your credit card or bank account information.  This will be used for all subscription payments and equipment orders ONLY. It can be changed at any time.
  6. Choose Credit Card or ACH (bank account).
  7. For credit cards, enter information and click Add.
  8. For ACH bank account, click GoCardless button.  You will be directed to a pop-up window for GoCardless.
  9. Verify business info that auto-populates.
  10. Click Continue.
  11. Enter Bank Routing Number and Account Number.
  12. Select Account Type - Checking or Savings.
  13. Click Continue.
  14. Review details.
  15. Click Confirm.

Add a Subscription 

  1. Login to your TotilPay Customer Portal.
  2. Select the Subscriptions tab from the left side menu.
  3. Click the button Add Subscription or Card Reader .
  4. Select the subscription and / or card reader you would like to purchase and click the Quantities button.
  5. Select the number of subscriptions and / or equipment you want to purchase.
  6. Click Review Order.
  7. Click Submit Order to finalize your purchase.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email with an Activation Code to activate the TotilPay app on your mobile device.
