Follow the steps below if you get an error 05 message when trying to process a SNAP transaction
- Confirm your FNS Number is correct in the TotilPay Go app's settings:
- Login to the TotilPay Go app
- Tap More
- Tap Config Summary
- In the Processor Info section, tap your processor (e.g. FIS)
- Your FNS Number will be listed in the Issuer Installation Info section
- If the FNS Number displayed is CORRECT
- Contact the SNAP Retailer Service Center to confirm the status of your FNS Number

- Contact the SNAP Retailer Service Center to confirm the status of your FNS Number
- If the FNS Number displayed is INCORRECT
- Contact your SNAP processor to update your account
- Contact TotilPay Support to update your account after your processor account is updated
- Reactivate the TotilPay Go app to update your mobile device
