How to Move TotilPay Register to a New Device and/or Create New TotilPay Register Activation Code
- Login to your TotilPay account at www.mobileebt.com (If you don't know your login information, click Forgot Username or Forgot Password.)
- Click Devices on the banner menu in the upper part of the screen to view your active devices.
- Click the device you want to "replace".
- In the section labeled Change Device Status, click anywhere in the white box. A drop-down list will appear.
- Click Upgrade. You should now see Upgrade in the white box.
- Click Disable. A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm your selection.
- Click Yes to confirm and proceed.
- On the next screen, you have a choice to Re-Instate or Replace this device.
- Select Replace. This will generate a new Activation Code. ** DO NOT select Reinstate!
- A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to confirm your selection.
- Click Yes to confirm and proceed.
- A notification will appear, confirming that a new code was sent to the email address we have on file for your TotilPay account.
- Click OK.
- Hit F5 on the top row of your keyboard to refresh your browser window. You'll see a new "Placeholder" device and TotilPay Activation Code directly underneath.
- On your new device, go to the App Store and download the TotilPay Register app.
- Use your mobileebt.com username and new Activation Code to log in to the TotilPay app.
