How to Add Subscriptions and Terminals to a TotilPay Go Account

You can add more subscriptions and processing terminals (mobile devices) to your TotilPay Go account at any time.

NDG, FIS, and Square

If you process EBT/SNAP with NDG and FIS, please follow the steps below to add new terminals to your TotilPay Go account:

  1. Email accounting@novodiagroup.com to place a new order. Please include the following information in your first email:
    • What type(s) of mobile device(s) you intend to use (Android* or iOS).
    • The number of new subscriptions (terminals) you want to add.
    • Are you requesting a monthly or yearly subscription? Please click here for pricing information.
    • How many card readers do you want to purchase for each subscription? Card readers are $129 each + shipping and are a required piece of equipment with each subscription.
    • How many receipt printers do you want to purchase for each subscription? Printers are $349 each + shipping and though we don't technically require that you purchase one, the USDA requires that you provide a printed receipt to your customers.
    • Shipping Address (NO P.O. Boxes!)
  2. We will send you an invoice for your new order. **
  3. Once the invoice has been paid, we'll send over your activation codes for each subscription that you purchased and your equipment will be shipped. **

* Some TotilPay features only available on iOS.

** Please allow NDG and TotilPay Support 3-5 business days to process new orders.

 

Worldpay

If you have a Worldpay account, you will also need additional Worldpay Terminal ID information. Please follow the steps below to add new terminals to your TotilPay Go account:

  1. Contact Worldpay Support to request new Terminal ID information for your TotilPay account.*
  2. WorldPay will issue you a new Terminal ID and send you that number in an email with an attached document called a VAR sheet.
  3. After Worldpay provides new Terminal ID information, please forward your new VAR sheet to us at accounting@novodiagroup.com to place a new order. Please make sure your new VAR is attached to your email, and also provide the following information:
    • What type(s) of mobile device(s) you intend to use (Android** or iOS).
    • The number of new subscriptions (terminals) you want to add.
    • Are you requesting a monthly or yearly subscription? Please click here for pricing information.
    • How many card readers do you want to purchase for each subscription? Card readers are $129 each + shipping and are a required piece of equipment with each subscription.
    • How many receipt printers do you want to purchase for each subscription? Printers are $349 each + shipping and though we don't technically require that you purchase one, the USDA requires that you provide a printed receipt to your customers.

Conduent (Healthy Incentives Program: MA HIP*)

Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) approval is required if your business participates in Massachusetts' Healthy Incentives Program (MA HIP).** If you have a Worldpay account, you'll also need additional WorldPay Terminal ID information.*** Please follow the steps below to add HIP terminals to your TotilPay Go account:

  1. Email the DTA to obtain approval for a new HIP processing terminal. 
  2. After obtaining DTA approval and, if necessary, additional Worldpay Terminal ID info, email us at accounting@novodiagroup.com to place your new order. Please include the following information in your first email:
    • The number of new subscriptions (terminals) you want to add.
    • Are you requesting a monthly or yearly subscription? Please click here for pricing information.
    • How many card readers do you want to purchase for each subscription? Card readers are $129 each + shipping and are a required piece of equipment with each subscription.
    • How many receipt printers do you want to purchase for each subscription? Printers are $349 each + shipping and though we don't technically require that you purchase one, the USDA requires that you provide a printed receipt to your customers.

* Healthy Incentives Program (MA HIP) feature only supported on iOS.

** NDG and TotilPay Support are unable to assist with or expedite HIP approvals from the DTA.

*** NDG and TotilPay Support are unable to assist with or expedite Terminal ID requests.

**** Please allow NDG and TotilPay Support 3-5 business days to process new orders.
