TotilPay Register: How to Re-Install TotilPay Register

Please note that a Re-Install should only be done when directed by a TotilPay Support representative. Follow the steps below to perform a Re-Install inside TotilPay Register.

Re-Install (data kept): This re-install is normally used to update processor account information and permissions.

Full Erase and Re-Install: This re-install is normally used as a troubleshooting step for some software issues.

Re-Install (data kept)

  1. Login to TotilPay Register
  2. Tap the Configure button in the upper-left corner. This button looks like three horizontal bars.
  3. Tap General Settings
  4. Tap Install Options
  5. Tap Re-Install (data kept)
  6. Tap Re-Install
  7. Reactivate TotilPay Register with your TotilPay account login credentials.

Full Erase and Re-Install

  1. Login to TotilPay Register
  2. Tap the Configure button in the upper-left corner. This button looks like three horizontal bars.
  3. Tap General Settings
  4. Tap Install Options
  5. Tap Full Erase and Re-Install
  6. Tap Full Erase
  7. Reactivate TotilPay Register with your TotilPay account login credentials and new Activation Code.
