Please note that a Re-Install should only be done when directed by a TotilPay Support representative. Follow the steps below to perform a Re-Install inside TotilPay Register.
Re-Install (data kept): This re-install is normally used to update processor account information and permissions.
Full Erase and Re-Install: This re-install is normally used as a troubleshooting step for some software issues.
Re-Install (data kept)
- Login to TotilPay Register
- Tap the Configure button in the upper-left corner. This button looks like three horizontal bars.
- Tap General Settings
- Tap Install Options
- Tap Re-Install (data kept)
- Tap Re-Install
- Reactivate TotilPay Register with your TotilPay account login credentials.
Full Erase and Re-Install
- Login to TotilPay Register
- Tap the Configure button in the upper-left corner. This button looks like three horizontal bars.
- Tap General Settings
- Tap Install Options
- Tap Full Erase and Re-Install
- Tap Full Erase
- Reactivate TotilPay Register with your TotilPay account login credentials and new Activation Code.
