Subscription Renewal / Auto-Payment FAQ

Q: How is license renewal changing?

A: We have recently changed our payment system so you will no longer need to purchase a license renewal from our online store like you’ve done in the past.  Instead, we are changing “license renewals” to “subscriptions” that will be automatically billed and renewed each year so that you’ll never have an interruption of service.


Q: How does this work?

A: On the same day each month or year, depending on your subscription type, we’ll deduct the subscription payment from your bank account and you will receive an emailed sales receipt for your records.


Q: What do I need to do now?

A: Right now, you MUST click THIS LINK and answer "Renew my subscription".  You will complete our Subscription Renewal Form that asks for your bank account information so that we'll have it in our system.  Failure to complete the form will cause an interruption in your service.


Q: When will my auto-payments begin?

A: Your first auto-payment will be on the same date that your current license will expire.


Q: What happens if I don't have enough funds in my bank account?

A: If the bank withdrawal is denied then you’ll receive an email from our Accounting Department letting you know the transaction did not go through and what you can do to correct it.  A $25 processing fee to cover bank charges will be added to your account and your TotilPay subscription will be suspended until we’re able to collect the outstanding balance.


Q: What if I want to pay with a credit card?

A: Unfortunately, we are not offering credit card auto-payments at this time so that we can provide you with the lowest, most affordable subscription rate as possible.


Q: What if I want to cancel or not renew my subscription?

A: To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your auto-payment date.  All future payments will be cancelled and your subscription will terminate at the end of your current billing period.  No refunds will be given; however, access to your TotilPay subscription will continue for the remainder of the current billing period.  Please click here to cancel your TotilPay subscription.
