Q: I received a MarketLink grant. What happens next?
A: Your MarketLink grant covers your TotilPay subscription for a year. After that, your subscription will automatically renew and the annual rate of $191.40 will be deducted from the bank account that is used for your daily EBT settlement.
Q: How does this work?
A: On the same day each year we’ll deduct your subscription payment from your bank account and you will receive an emailed sales receipt for your records.
Q: When will my auto-payments begin?
A: Your first auto-payment will be on the date your MarketLink grant expires.
Q: What happens if I don't have enough funds in my bank account?
A: If the bank withdrawal is denied, then you’ll receive an email from our Accounting Department letting you know the transaction did not go through and what you can do to correct it. A $25 processing fee to cover bank charges will be added to your account and your TotilPay subscription will be suspended until we’re able to collect the outstanding balance.
Q: What if I want to cancel or not renew my subscription?
A: To cancel your subscription, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to your auto-payment date. All future payments will be cancelled and your subscription will terminate at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be given; however, access to your TotilPay subscription will continue for the remainder of the current billing period. Click here to cancel your TotilPay subscription.
Q: Is there a monthly payment option?
A: Yes, you can change to our monthly subscription plan for $19.95/mo. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to switch to monthly payments.
Q: What if I want to pay with a credit card?
A: Unfortunately, we are not offering credit card auto-payments at this time so that we can provide you with the lowest, most affordable subscription rate as possible.
