MarketLink Subscription Renewal Auto-Payment FAQ

Q: I received a MarketLink grant so why was I charged for a TotilPay subscription?

A: Your MarketLink grant covers your TotilPay subscription for one free year of service. At the end of that year when your MarketLink grant expires, your subscription will automatically renew and the annual subscription rate of $191.40 will be deducted from the bank account that you provided when you signed up for MarketLink and TotilPay.


Q: How does this work?

A: On the same day each year we’ll deduct your subscription payment from your bank account and you will receive an emailed sales receipt for your records.


Q: When will my auto-payments begin?

A: Your first auto-payment will be on the date your MarketLink grant expires, one year from the date it began.


Q: What happens if I don't have enough funds in my bank account?

A: If the bank withdrawal is denied, then you’ll receive an email letting you know the transaction was declined and what you can do to correct it.  A $25 processing fee to cover bank charges will be added to your account and your TotilPay subscription will be suspended until we’re able to collect the outstanding balance.


Q: What if I want to cancel or not renew my subscription?

A:  To cancel your subscription, you must complete our online Cancellation Form at least 3 business  days prior to your auto-payment date.  All future payments will be cancelled and your TotilPay subscription will terminate.  No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel your subscription prior to your auto-payment date. Click here to cancel your TotilPay subscription.


Q: Is there a monthly payment option?

A: Yes, you can change to our monthly subscription plan for $19.95/mo. Click HERE to fill out a Subscription Change Form. We must receive the Subscription Change Form at least 3 business days PRIOR to your renewal date so that the auto-payment amount can be adjusted. No refunds will be given if you fail to change or cancel your subscription prior to your auto-payment date.


Q: What if I want to pay with a credit card?

A: If you would like to use a credit card to pay for your TotilPay subscription fees, fill out this online Credit Card Authorization Form.  Your credit card will be kept on file for subscription payments and authorized equipment purchases.  A 3% credit card processing fee will be added to each transaction.
