Billing and Subscription Policies

All TotilPay subscription payments are final.  NO REFUNDS will be issued for any TotilPay subscription payment once it has been processed.


Subscription Cancellation

If you need to cancel your monthly or annual subscription you can do so by logging in your Totilpay Customer Portal. Cancellations must be done PRIOR to your next scheduled payment date.  Once a payment has been processed it will not be refunded.


Changes to Monthly or Annual Subscription Plan

You can change your subscription payment plan at any time prior to your next payment date. No refunds will be given once a payment has been processed.  Please note that if you change from an annual plan to a monthly plan, we do not give pro-rated refunds.  Your change will be applied to your next scheduled payment.

If you need to change your subscription payment plan you can do so by logging in to your Totilpay Customer Portal.


Equipment Purchases

Equipment refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be returned to Novo Dia Group, Inc. in like-new condition with all original parts and original packaging or you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.  No refunds will be given after 30 days unless the equipment is proven to be defective or inoperable.


Defective Equipment Returns

Equipment that is proven to be defective or inoperable is eligible for return or exchange at any time. Replacement equipment will be sent to you upon request at no charge, however, you must return the defective or inoperable equipment to us. If we do not receive the defective equipment back in our office within 2 weeks then you will be charged for the replacement equipment that was sent to you.
