We reserve the right to issue refunds, credits, or payment adjustments at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund, credit, or payment adjustment, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
If you purchased your subscription through a third party, please refer to any terms and conditions provided to you in connection with that purchase.
Subscription Cancellation / Refund
All TotilPay subscription payments are final. NO REFUNDS will be issued for any TotilPay subscription fee once it has been paid.
To cancel your monthly or annual subscription, you must fill out a Cancellation Form at least 3 BUSINESS days prior to your subscription renewal date so that we can terminate the auto-payment. If you do not submit a Cancellation Form in enough time to stop the auto-payment, you will not receive a refund.

Changes to Monthly or Annual Subscription Plan
You have the option to change your subscription payment plan but you must fill out a Subscription Change Form at least 3 BUSINESS days prior to your subscription renewal date so that we can adjust the auto-payment amount.
If you do not submit a Subscription Change Form in time to adjust the auto-payment, you will not receive a full refund. In the event of a subscription change, requests for refunds or payment adjustments will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. A Late Change Fee will be added to any refund or payment adjustment if one is granted.

Equipment Purchases
Equipment refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be returned to Novo Dia Group, Inc. in like-new condition with all original parts and original packaging or you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. No refunds will be given after 30 days unless the equipment is proven to be defective or inoperable.
Defective Equipment Returns
Equipment that is proven to be defective or inoperable is eligible for return or exchange at any time. Replacement equipment will be sent to you upon request at no charge, however, you must return the defective or inoperable equipment to us. If we do not receive the defective equipment back in our office within 2 weeks then you will be charged for the replacement equipment that was sent to you.
