Cancellation and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

If you purchased your subscription through a third party, please refer to any terms and conditions provided to you in connection with that purchase.

 

Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
All TotilPay subscription payments are final.  NO REFUNDS will be issued for any TotilPay subscription fee once it has been paid for.

To cancel your monthly or annual subscription, you must fill out a Cancellation Form at least 3 business days PRIOR to your subscription renewal date so that we can terminate the auto-payment. If you do not submit a Cancellation Form in enough time to stop the auto-payment,  you will not receive a refund.

Equipment Purchases

Equipment refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be returned to Novo Dia Group, Inc. in like-new condition with all original parts and original packaging or you will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.  No refunds will be given after 30 days unless the equipment is proven to be defective or inoperable.

 

Defective Equipment Returns

Equipment that is proven to be defective or inoperable is eligible for return or exchange at any time. Replacement equipment will be sent to you upon request at no charge, however, you must return the defective or inoperable equipment to us. If we do not receive the defective equipment back in our office within 2 weeks then you will be charged for the replacement equipment that was sent to you.
