Cancellation and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

If you purchased your subscription through a third party, please refer to any terms and conditions provided to you in connection with that purchase.

 

Monthly Subscriptions
To cancel your monthly subscription, you must fill out our Cancellation Form at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date so that we can terminate your auto-payments. If you do not submit a Cancellation Form in enough time to stop the auto-payment,  you will not receive a refund.

Annual Subscriptions
To cancel your annual subscription, you must fill out our Cancellation Form at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date so that we can terminate your auto-payments. If you do not submit a Cancellation Form in enough time to stop the auto-payment,  you will not receive a refund.

Equipment Purchases

Equipment refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be returned to Novo Dia Group, Inc. in like-new condition with all original parts and original packaging or there will be a 25% re-stocking fee.  No refunds will be given after 30 days unless the equipment is proven to be defective or inoperable.
