What is your Cancelation and Refund Policy?

Cancelation and refund policies differ according to your subscription type – annual or monthly. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

If you purchased your subscription through a third party, please refer to any terms and conditions provided to you in connection with that purchase.

 

Monthly Subscriptions
When canceling a monthly subscription, you must notify us of your intent to cancel at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date. Your cancelation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period and all future payments will be canceled.  You will not receive a refund; however, access to your TotilPay subscription will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

 

Annual Subscriptions
When canceling an annual subscription, you must notify us of your intent to cancel at least 7 days prior to your subscription renewal date. Your cancelation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period and all future payments will be canceled.  You will not receive a refund; however, access to your TotilPay subscription will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

 

Equipment Purchases

Equipment refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be returned to Novo Dia Group, Inc. in like-new condition with all original parts and original packaging or there will be a 25% re-stocking fee.  No refunds will be given after 30 days unless the equipment is proven to be defective or inoperable.
