TotilPay Register - How to search transaction history and generate transaction reports

Run a Transaction Report Using the TotilPay Register Online Portal

1. Login to your TotilPay account at www.mobileebt.com/tpayregister
2. Click Sales.
3. Click Search. Choose a Start and End Date and then apply any desired Basic or Advanced filters.
4. Click the large blue Search button in the lower-right.
   • Click Date Time links to view detailed transaction information.
   • Click Location links to view detailed location information.

Export Transactions Searches

1. Run a transaction report using the TotilPay online portal.
2. Use the check boxes to select Export to an Excel Spreadsheet or .csv file.
3. Click Export.

Print Receipts

1. Run a transaction report using the TotilPay online portal.
2. Click Receipt links to view detailed receipt information.
3. Click Print.

Generate Reports

1. Login to your TotilPay account at www.mobileebt.com/tpayregister
2. Click Reports.
3. Click Generate to create a Redemption by Merchant or Redemption by Terminal report.
