How to Search Payment/Settlement Activity in the TotilPay Register Portal

To view your payment deposits/settlement activity, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the TotilPay Register portal at https://www.mobileebt.com/tpayregister/. Click "Login."
2. Enter your credentials and click the "Login" button.
3. Go to the main Dashboard screen. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard until you see "Settlements." Click on the bar graph you see there.
4. Select the start date you want to search from in the "Start Date" field. (Note that the date range cannot span more than 31 days.) Click "Search."

5. You will see a summary of the transactions that have been settled.

Please note: TotilPay subscribers using Square to accept credit and debit payments will not see those deposit amounts in Settlement Reports, as Square handles its own settlements. However, Square transactions can be seen in the Transaction totals in your portal.
