How to Change My Payment Method in my Portal

You can change your subscription or equipment payment method at any time. 

  1. Log in to your TotilPay Customer Portal.
  2. Click on the Subscriptions tab on the left side menu.
  3. Click the Manage Subscription Account blue button.
  4. A new pop-up window will open. Click Payment Methods.
  5. Select the payment plan you would like and click Update.
  6. From here, you can review, add, or edit payment methods on your account.
