How to Change Payment Method for Subscription Payments and/or Bank Account for EBT Settlement

Follow these directions to change the payment method used for subscription payments or equipment orders ONLY.

  1. Log in to your TotilPay Customer Portal.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab on left side of screen and follow the prompts to enter either your credit card or bank account information. 
  3. Click Payment Method link.
  4. Click on the current payment type to make changes or remove it, then click Edit Payment Method; OR click Add New to add a 2nd payment method to be used as a backup.
  5. Choose Credit Card or ACH (bank account).
  6. For credit cards, enter information and click Add.
  7. For ACH bank account, click GoCardless button.  You will be directed to a pop-up window for GoCardless.
  8. Verify business info that auto-populates.
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Enter Bank Routing Number and Account Number.
  11. Select Account Type - Checking or Savings.
  12. Click Continue.
  13. Review details.
  14. Click Confirm.

Follow these directions to change the banking information used for EBT Settlement (sales deposits) ONLY.

  1. Fill out online Bank Account Update Form.
  2. Your bank account will be updated in our system within 2-3 business days.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you need to update your bank account information for both subscription payments and EBT Settlement, please update the payment method in your Customer Portal AND complete the online update form.
