What to do if the link to verify your bank account for ACH direct debit payments for subscription and equipment has timed out.

The bank account test deposit amount confirmation email comes from the subscription payment processor, Stripe, not TotilPay. In order to get another email sent, you'd need to go through the steps to make Stripe think you are adding new bank account info to stimulate the part of the process that will send you that email. Here are the steps:
 
  1. Log in to your TotilPay Customer Portal.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab on left side of screen. 
  3. Click Manage Subscription Account.
  4. Click Payment Methods link.
  5. Click on the current payment type to make changes or remove it, then click Edit Payment Method; OR click Add New to add a payment method.
  6. For ACH bank account, click Direct Debit.  You will be directed to a pop-up window to set up your ACH.
  7. Verify your First and Last Name and click Set up ACH.
  8. A Stripe window will pop-up and ask for you to select your bank. Select your bank. You will see "Chargebee Inc., uses Stripe to connect your accounts." Click the Agree and continue button.
  9. You will now be prompted to link your bank account with your own bank's login information to enable direct debits to pay for subscriptions and/or equipment.
