Go to mobileebt.com/tpayregister/ and log in to the TotilPay Register portal.
In the left-hand vertical menu, click on "Import"
Products
To import your product information, download one of the "TPR products_import" files attached below to use as a template. You can choose from an Excel or CSV format.
- Open the file you downloaded and update it with your product information.
- All fields in the template are required. The first row (table header) in the file will be skipped.
- Click the "Choose File" button and select the file you want to upload. It must be in Excel or CSV format using one of the TPR products import templates attached below.
- Click the "Import" button to upload the file.
- Products with UPC/PLU numbers not in TotilPay Register will be added.
- Products with UPC/PLU numbers already in TotilPay Register will be updated
- There is a 2MB file size limit.
Product Images
- Click the "Choose Files" button and select the product images you want to upload.
- Use Ctrl-Click or Cmd-Click to select multiple images.
- Click the "Import" button to upload the images.
- You can use the Products page to upload an image for a single product.
- To import images for many products at once, image file names must match a product UPC/PLU number.
- The images must be in png, jpeg, or gif format.
- There is a 200k file size limit for each image.
