How to Reactivate Your TotilPay Account/Subscription

 

  • If you would like to re-start your TotilPay subscription, just fill out this online Reactivation Form  We do our best to process reactivation requests as quickly as possible but it may take 3-5 business days to set up your subscription and auto-payments so please plan your start date accordingly.  

 

  • You can choose a monthly or annual payment plan. Your subscription payments will be auto-drafted from the bank account that we have on file.  No refunds will be given for any portion of your payment plan that is not used so choose the payment plan that works best for you.

 

  • After you submit your form, you will receive a confirmation email that your form was submitted.  If you do not receive that email with a PDF copy of your form then there was an error with your submission and you'll need to correct any errors or try to submit your form again. 

 

  • Once your form has been processed you will receive a 2nd confirmation email that will include your auto-payment date and a new Activation Code that is needed to log in to the TotilPay app.

 

  • We do not keep track of market schedules so there is no end date to your subscription. It will continue to renew on the same date each month or year. When you are done for the season or wish to no longer use your TotilPay app, you'll need to cancel your subscription.  Fill out a Cancellation Form to cancel your TotilPay account and stop your auto-payments.
