Updating merchant information

The merchant can update their personal information with following steps:

Syncing the details with TotilPay app:

  • On App go to More
  • Select Sync Device
  • Select Locations
  • Verify Changes by selecting Config Summary

** The online Store can be accessed inside the new or legacy portal.**

Note: There are some things we can only edit. Address, Store name, and phone can be updated by the merchant.
