The merchant can update their personal information with following steps:
- Login to the legacy merchant portal https://www.mobileebt.com/worldpay/login
- Click on Vendor Info
- Click on Locations
- Click Edit
- Update Info
- Save
Syncing the details with TotilPay app:
- On App go to More
- Select Sync Device
- Select Locations
- Verify Changes by selecting Config Summary
** The online Store can be accessed inside the new or legacy portal.**
Note: There are some things we can only edit. Address, Store name, and phone can be updated by the merchant.
