If merchant wish to change the name of their device (iOS or Android) and not in TotilPay app.
If you wish to change your device/terminal name, you shall follow the below steps in your iOS/iPad device-
- Go to Settings
in your device> General > About > Name. - Tap
, enter a new name, then tap Done.
If you wish to change your device/terminal name, you shall follow the below steps in your Android device-
- Go to Settings
in your device> About phone.
- Tap on Edit, enter a new name, then tap Done.
Note- If the merchant has more than one terminal and has same name for both devices/terminals. These steps shall be used to identify the exact device and help merchant with the activation code.
