Updating Address in MobileEBT for TotilPay to Ensure Accurate Receipt Information

This article provides a concise guide on updating address information for a location in MobileEBT, the platform used in conjunction with TotilPay. Follow these steps to ensure accurate address details on receipts and maintain up-to-date records.

To update the address information for a location in MobileEBT:

  1. Access the MobileEBT Web Portal at https://www.mobileebt.com/worldpay/.

  2. Log in using your registered email.

  3. Navigate to "Vendor Info" and select "Locations."

  4. Click "Add" to input the new location details (Name, Contact, Phone, Address, City, State, Zip).

  5. In the TotilPay Go app, go to "More" and select "Change Location" to activate the updated location.
