How do I cancel my TotilPay subscription?

 

You can cancel your subscription at any time but we do not give refunds after a subscription payment has been processed and we do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds if cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle.  If you want to cancel more than one subscription you will have to repeat these steps for each subscription.

  1. Log in to your TotilPay Customer Portal.
  2. Select Subscriptions from the left side menu.
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel by clicking the blue edit button. 
  4. Click the Cancel Subscription link.
  5. Select when you want the cancellation to occur.
  6. Click the Confirm Cancellation button.
