You can cancel your subscription at any time but we do not give refunds after a subscription payment has been processed and we do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds if cancelled in the middle of a billing cycle. If you want to cancel more than one subscription you will have to repeat these steps for each subscription.
- Log in to your TotilPay Customer Portal.
- Select Subscriptions from the left side menu.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel by clicking the blue edit button.
- Click the Cancel Subscription link.
- Select when you want the cancellation to occur.
- Click the Confirm Cancellation button.
