If you have forgotten your Login Password, or need to reset it, simply click on the TotilPay Go app, and you will be brought to the Login Screen:
From there, you will select the Forgot Password link below the Sign In button.
This will bring you to an Account Verification page:
Here you will enter your Username and Password for the mobileebt.com website.
Your username is the 6-digit number that starts with 2 letters that you used to activate the app on the phone for the first time. If you don't know your login information, go to https://www.mobileebt.com/go/login and click Forgot Username. If you need to reset the password for the mobileebt.com website, there is also a Forgot Password link at https://www.mobileebt.com/go/login.
After you enter your Username and Password, select Submit, and you will be brought to the screen to reset your password. It can be as little as 4 characters long, and only numbers or letters-no symbols.
