TotilPay Go - Process a SNAP Return

How to Process a SNAP Return

  1. Login to TotilPay Go
  2. Tap Return
  3. Tap SNAP
  4. Swipe your customer's card
  5. Have your customer enter their PIN and then tap Enter
  6. Enter the return amount and then tap Next
  7. Tap Submit to confirm the return amount is correct
    • NOTE: If logged in as Manager, Merchant will say None
  8. Tap Yes to submit the SNAP return transaction
  9. Give your customer their receipt and then tap Done
