If you see an error message saying your email doesn't match when filling out your new merchant processor application, please refer to the information below:
- Your Business Email will be required in 2 separate fields at the bottom of the Business Information page. After entering your email address, you'll see a second field appear directly underneath. Type your email address in this new field to confirm your email address.
- If you're using a mobile phone or tablet, make sure your email address appears in both fields before tapping the right arrow at the bottom of the page.
