Follow the steps below to resolve issues manually entering card numbers into TotilPay Go
Enable "Skip Luhn Check" Setting
Manual entry is easier if the TotilPay Go app is properly configured. Follow the steps listed below to enable Skip Luhn Check:
- Login to TotilPay Go
- Tap More
- Tap Transaction
- Enable Skip Luhn Check. The switch should turn green.
- Tap Transactions to process your transaction and test your resolution.

If your issue is unresolved after completing the steps above, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Restart TotilPay Go iOS / Android
- Restart your device
- Reinstall TotilPay Go
- Migrate your TotilPay Go license to another mobile device
