How to Add Additional Subscriptions and Devices to a TotilPay Go Account

You can add more subscriptions and processing terminals (mobile devices) to your TotilPay Go account at any time.

Select your payment processor from the list below to get started:

 

TotilPay, FIS, and Square

If you currently process EBT/SNAP/WIC with TotilPay and FIS and/or currently process credit/debit through TotilPay with Square, please follow the steps below to add new subscriptions (devices) to your TotilPay Go account:

  1. Log in to your TPG portal here: www.mobileebt.com/go/login
  2. Click on “Subscriptions” in the left-hand menu
  3. Click on the blue button that says “Add Subscription or Reader”
  4. Click on the checkbox for which type of subscription you want to add - Monthly or Annual
  5. Click on the blue button that says “Select Quantities”
  6. Select “1” from the “Quantity” dropdown menu
  7. Click on the blue button that says “Review Order”
  8. Click on the blue button that says “Submit Order”
  9. We'll process your order, send you an email with Activation Codes for each subscription that you purchased. **

* Some TotilPay features are only available on iOS.

** Please allow TotilPay Support 5-14 business days to process new orders.

 

Debit and Credit Processing through Worldpay

If you use WorldPay as your debit/credit transaction processor, you will need additional WorldPay Terminal ID information. Please follow the steps below to add new subscriptions (devices) to your TotilPay Go account:

  1. Contact WorldPay Support to request new Terminal ID information for your TotilPay account.*
  2. WorldPay will issue you a new Terminal ID and send you that number in an email with an attached document called a VAR sheet.
  3. When you receive the VAR sheet from WorldPay, email it to support@totilpay.com.
  4. We'll process your order, send you an email with Activation Codes for each subscription that you purchased. **

* FFAB and TotilPay Support are unable to assist with or expedite WorldPay Terminal ID requests.

** Please allow FFAB and TotilPay Support 5-14 business days to process new orders.
