How to Add a New Processing Terminal to Your TotilPay Account

Your business can add a new processing terminal (mobile device) to your TotilPay account at any time.

NDG, FIS, and Square

If your business is processing EBT/SNAP with NDG and FIS, please follow the steps below to add new terminals to your TotilPay account*:

  1. Select either an annual or monthly subscription(s). Please click here for TotilPay pricing information.
  2. Email us at accounting@novodiagroup.com to authorize a debit for a new order. Please include the following information in your first email:
    • Organization Name
    • FNS Number (attach a copy of FNS permit)
    • Primary accountholder's name and preferred email
    • New Mobile Device Type (Android* or iOS)
    • New Subscription Type (Annual or Monthly)
    • New Terminal Quantity
    • New Card Reader Quantity
    • New Printer Quantity
    • Shipping Address (No P.O. Boxes)
  3. We'll send you new terminal activation and set up information.**

* Some TotilPay features only available on iOS.

** Please allow NDG and TotilPay Support 3-5 business days to process new orders.

 

Worldpay

If your business is using a Worldpay merchant services account, we'll need new Worldpay Terminal ID information. Please follow the steps below to add new terminals to your TotilPay account*:

  1. Contact Worldpay Support to request new Terminal ID information for your TotilPay account. **
  2. After Worldpay provides new Terminal ID information, email us at accounting@novodiagroup.com to authorize a debit for a new order. Please include the following information in your first email:
    • Organization Name
    • FNS Number (attach a copy of FNS permit)
    • Primary accountholder's name and preferred email
    • New Mobile Device Type (Android* or iOS)
    • New Terminal Quantity
    • New Card Reader Quantity
    • New Printer Quantity
    • Shipping Address (No P.O. Boxes)
  3. We'll send you new terminal activation and set up information. ***

* Some TotilPay features only available on iOS.

** NDG and TotilPay Support are unable to assist with or expedite Worldpay Terminal ID requests.

*** Please allow NDG and TotilPay Support 3-5 business days to process new orders.

 

Conduent (Healthy Incentives Program*: MA HIP)

Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) approval is required if your business participates in Massachusetts' Healthy Incentives Program (MA HIP). If your business also uses Worldpay for credit acceptance, we'll also need a new WorldPay Terminal ID. Please follow the steps below to add a new HIP terminal to your TotilPay account:

  1. Email the DTA to obtain approval for a new HIP processing terminal. **
  2. Contact Worldpay Support to request a new Terminal ID for your TotilPay account. ***
  3. After obtaining DTA approval and, if necessary, a new Worldpay Terminal ID, email us at accounting@novodiagroup.com to authorize a debit for a new order. Please include the following information in your first email:
    • Organization Name
    • FNS Number (attach a copy of FNS permit)
    • Primary accountholder's name and preferred email
    • New Terminal Quantity
    • New Card Reader Quantity
    • New Printer Quantity
    • Shipping Address (No P.O. Boxes)
  4. We'll send you new HIP terminal activation and set up information.****

* Healthy Incentives Program (MA HIP) feature only supported on iOS.

** NDG and TotilPay Support are unable to assist with or expedite HIP terminal approvals from the DTA.

*** NDG and TotilPay Support are unable to assist with or expedite any Terminal ID requests.

**** Please allow NDG and TotilPay Support 3-5 business days to process new orders.
