How to Add a New Processing Terminal to Your TotilPay Account

You can add new processing terminals or mobile devices to your TotilPay Go account at any time. All you need is a license or subscription for each terminal. Use the information below to learn how to order new licensing or subscriptions online.

Your TotilPay account processor configuration determines whether you'll need new licenses or subscriptions. Select your processor from the list below to get started:

NDG, FIS, and Square

Worldpay

Conduent (HIP)

NDG, FIS, and Square

If you're processing EBT/SNAP with NDG and FIS, then you'll need to order a new subscription. Follow the steps below to add a new terminal to your TotilPay account:*

  1. Choose a new annual or monthly subscription. Please click here for TotilPay pricing information.
  2. Email an invoice request to support@totilpay.com with the following information:
    • Company Name
    • FNS Number
    • Accountholder's primary email address and phone number
    • Preferred Shipping Address
    • New Subscription Type (Annual or Monthly)
    • Market start and end dates
    • (Monthly subscriptions only) Preferred monthly billing date
  3. We'll email you an invoice for your order.**
  4. We'll process your order and send you new TotilPay Activation information for your new terminal.***

Worldpay

If you're processing credit and EBT/SNAP with Worldpay, then you'll need a new TotilPay license and Worldpay Terminal ID. Follow the steps below to add a new terminal to your TotilPay account:*

  1. Order new TotilPay licensing and additional Bluetooth card readers and printers online.** Click here or follow the steps below to place your online order:
    1. Login to your TotilPay account at www.mobileebt.com
    2. Click the green button in the lower-right corner of the page labeled Mobile Market+ Store
    3. Select Licenses from the menu located in the top-left part of the page
    4. Click Add to Cart to add items to your shopping cart
    5. When prompted, enter your Worldpay Terminal ID
    6. Click Add to Cart to confirm your selection
    7. Click the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page and then click Proceed to Checkout
    8. Enter your payment information to complete your order. Pricing information below:
  2. Our Support Team will contact Worldpay on your behalf to request new Terminal ID information.***
  3. We'll send you new TotilPay Activation information for your new terminal.

Conduent (HIP)*

If you're processing EBT/HIP/SNAP with Conduent in Massachusetts, then you'll need approval from the DTA before you can add a new HIP processing terminal to your TotilPay account. Once approved, you'll need a new TotilPay license, Conduent Terminal ID, and Bluetooth receipt printer. If you're also processing credit with Worldpay, then you'll also need a new Worldpay Terminal ID.**

  1. Contact the Dept of Transitional Assistance (DTA) to request approval for a new HIP terminal.
  2. Once approved, order new TotilPay licensing and additional Bluetooth card readers and printers online. Click here or follow the steps below to place your online order:
    1. Login to your TotilPay account at www.mobileebt.com
    2. Click the green button in the lower-right corner of the page labeled Mobile Market+ Store
    3. Select Licenses from the menu located in the top-left part of the page
    4. Click Add to Cart to add items to your shopping cart
    5. When prompted, enter your Terminal ID
    6. Click Add to Cart to confirm your selection
    7. Click the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page and then click Proceed to Checkout
    8. Enter your payment information to complete your order. Pricing information below:
  3. Our Support Team will contact your processor(s) to request new Terminal ID information.**
  4. We'll process your order, send you new TotilPay Activation information for your new HIP terminal, and ship your new processing equipment.***
