How to process a HIP transaction

1. Login to TotilPay Go app
2. Tap SNAP
3. Swipe or enter card number
4. Customer enters PIN
5. Enter SNAP purchase amount
6. Tap HIP Amount to enter HIP
7. Enter HIP amount
8. Tap Submit
9. Confirm submission
10. Provide customer with printed receipt
