Q: I received a MarketLink grant so why was I charged for a TotilPay subscription?

A: Your MarketLink grant covers your TotilPay subscription for one free year of service. At the end of that year when your MarketLink grant expires, if you have not processed more than $500 in nutrition benefits during your grant year, your subscription will automatically renew, and the annual subscription rate of $191.40 will be deducted from the bank account or credit/debit card that you provided when you signed up for MarketLink and TotilPay. If you processed more than $500 in nutrition benefits during your grant year and were charged for a subscription renewal, please contact TotilPay Support. This subsequent year of grant coverage is available while grant funding is available.

 

Q: How does this work?

A: On the same day each year, we’ll deduct your subscription payment from your bank account and you will receive an emailed sales receipt for your records.

 

Q: When will my auto-payments begin?

A: Your first auto-payment will be on the date your MarketLink grant expires, one year from the date it began.

 

Q: What happens if I don't have enough available funds in my bank account or on my designated card account?

A: If the renewal payment is declined, then you’ll receive an email letting you know the transaction was declined and what you can do to correct it. Your TotilPay subscription will be suspended until we’re able to collect the outstanding balance.

 

Q: What if I want to cancel or not renew my subscription?

A:  To cancel your subscription, you must log in to your TotilPay portal and cancel your account before the renewal date. All future payments will be cancelled, and your TotilPay subscription will terminate.  No refunds will be given if you fail to cancel your subscription prior to your auto-payment date. 

 

Q: Is there a monthly payment option?

A: Yes, you can change to our monthly subscription plan for $19.95/month by logging into your TotilPay portal and changing your subscription from annual to monthly.

 

Q: What if I want to pay with a different bank account or card?

A: If you would like to update your payment type to pay for your TotilPay subscription fees, you can change your payment type in your TotilPay portal. This update must happen before your auto-renewal date.
