Reader indicator lights meanings:
No light:
The reader is off or has no power.
Flashing blue every second:
The reader is on and ready to connect via Bluetooth.
Steady blue:
The reader is connected to a device.
Flashing blue every 5 seconds:
The reader is in standby mode to conserve power.
Alternating red and magenta:
The reader is charging.
Flashing red:
The reader's battery is low.
Charging & Battery Information
To check the battery level, press and release the power button; a certain number of green LEDs will turn on to indicate the charge level, as shown:
4 Green LED on: Full charge
3 LED on: 75% charge
2 LED on: 50% charge
1 LED on: 25% charge
1 LED on, 1 LED flashing: Charging
