Follow the steps below to Re-Install the TotilPay Go app on your mobile device
Before you begin, make sure you have your TotilPay account username, password, and most recent activation code. You can find these as follows:

Login to your TotilPay Go portal here
- Note the password you use to login; if you need to reset your password you can request that here
- You must have access to the email on your account to reset your password; if you don’t know which email is associated with your account, email us at info@ffabureau.org.

Navigate to your Profile in the upper-left hand corner to find your username; steps to do so can be viewed here.
- Note your username (“mmXXXXXX”)

Click on Subscriptions in the left-hand column
- Note the activation code for your current device that you can see on this screen
- With these three pieces of information, you are all set to reinstall your TPG app.
To reinstall your TPG app:

- Login to the TotilPay Go app
- Tap More
- In the Settings section at the top, tap Install Options
- Tap Re-Install (data kept)
- Confirm this command by tapping Re-Install

Reactivate TotilPay Go by using the information you gathered above:
- Enter your TotilPay account username, password, and most recent TotilPay Go Activation Code
