FAQ's on Optum TotilPay Solution

  1. Will the multi-function device work for those vendors that are dial-up?   All tablets shipped have a data plan as part of the FFAB contract and will therefore operate via the Verizon Data Plan. 
  2. Does the new device require cellular service to function? All tablets are procured with a Verizon Data plan that is included as part of the contract.  
  3. Please verify that this device is only set up for WIC. If a vendor wants to use this device for ALL transactions, they will need to enter into a different agreement with FFAB.  FFAB will only setup the device for the specific program(s) as instructed by Optum.   Please note that TotilPay supports SNAP, WIC and other tender types. 
  4. What are you support hours and ways to connect to your support team?  Our support hours and information can be located on our support site.  
  5. Does TotilPay provide training?  Once you establish your account you will be provided with options on setting up a training time with one of our trainers.  
  6. How do I get reimbursed for my transactions?   You will receive a bank deposit into your account approximately 2-3 business days after the transaction has posted from TotilPay.
