How to fix your WIC Approved Products List (APL) file if it's missing or not updated.

To ensure your TotilPay Go app has the most complete WIC Approved Products List follow these steps in your app:

  1. Go to "More"
  2. Tap on "Sync Device"
  3. Tap on "WIC"
  4. Tap on "Sync now"
  5. Leave your app open until the full file download is finished. This can be recognized when Record Counts are showing as matched amounts. (Example: 68/68)

Your APL file should update regularly as your WIC State Agency amends its approved products list. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection while downloading the file. Depending on the speed of your connection, it can take several minutes to complete the download.
