How to - Remove a Merchant in TotilPay Go

Overview

If you no longer need a merchant listed in the TotilPay Go app, you can remove it directly from the Merchants screen.

To delete a merchant name:

• Open the TotilPay Go app, tap on More.
• Under the Retailer Admin section, choose Merchants. 
• Tap Edit in the top-right corner.

• In the edit merchants screen, click on the red “-“ next to the merchant's name that you wish to delete.

• A red “Delete” button should appear. Press the red "Delete" button.

• A "Confirm Merchant Delete" pop-up should appear. Confirm your choice by clicking "Delete" and if you're not sure you can end this process by clicking "Cancel"
