How to Change USDA FNA Number for Your TotilPay Account

If your FNA (formerly FNS) number has changed, it will need to be updated on your TotilPay account; otherwise, your EBT transactions will be denied without a valid FNA number.

To update your FNA number, please fill out our online FNA Change Form.  You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know when your TotilPay account has been updated with the new number.  The email will contain instructions on how to update your TotilPay app with your new account profile.
