How to update contact information for TotilPay account

Follow these steps to update the contact and address information for your TotilPay account using your Customer Portal:

1. Login to your TotilPay Go account at www.mobileebt.com/go
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Edit.
4. Make the necessary changes to your account information and then click Save.
5. Complete the Communication Tests in the TotilPay Go app to update your mobile device.
