Once you have received confirmation that HIP processing has been added to your TotilPay account, you can check your mobile app for HIP processing capability as follows:
- Open the TotilPay Go app.
- Go to "More" (hamburger menu in the bottom right-hand corner).
- Tap on "Config Summary"
- Tap on "Privileges"
- Within that menu, you will see whether or not there is a checkmark next to HIP for privileges for that device.
- You will need to repeat this sequence for each device if you have additional devices enabled with TotilPay Go.
Here is a video of the process to ensure HIP is enabled on your device.
If any one of your devices doesn't have the checkmark, then you will need to do a reinstallation of the app with data kept to have the privileges activated on that account. Instructions to do that are here.
If this still does not work, please contact TotilPay Support. Our team will need to check with FIS to make sure your account is configured correctly with them.
