How to Pair Your Bluetooth Printer with an iPad or iPhone and Your TotilPay App.

How to pair Bluetooth for iOS

1. Open the Settings app in your iOS device.
2. Tap Bluetooth.
3. Power on your Bluetooth printer.
4. Refer to your iOS device's Bluetooth Settings and tap the device labeled for your printer. This label will show a "Not Connected" status message when it first appears.
5. The manufacturer's setup instructions for your printer should have come with the printer you chose on how to pair your printer with your device. You will need to make sure Bluetooth is turned on for your device before setup. Please follow the printer manufacturer's guidance for device pairing with Bluetooth.
6. If pairing fails, toggle Bluetooth off on your iOS device in Settings, then turn off your Bluetooth printer. Wait a few seconds before toggling Bluetooth back on in your iOS device's Settings, and then power your printer back on. Repeat Steps 1-5.
7. You need to pair your printer with both your device and with the TotilPay app.
8. 1. After you have paired the printer with your device via Bluetooth, open the TotilPay app.
9. 2. Go to "More" in the bottom right-hand corner of the app.
10. 3. Select "Transaction" from the menu.
11. 4. Toggle the button to green next to "Enable Print".
12. 5. You have now paired the printer with the TotilPay app.

After successfully pairing your Bluetooth printer, it will automatically reconnect to your iOS device when powered on. If your printer does NOT reconnect when powered on, refer to the information below:

• Confirm Bluetooth is ON in your iOS device's Settings
• Ensure your Bluetooth printer is within effective Bluetooth range (25'-30')
• Confirm your printer's active Bluetooth profile is iOS
