FAQ: What is the "Manager Password?"

The Manager Password, also known as the App Login Password, is the password you set up when your TotilPay Go app was first set up. You would have originally been prompted to set up a Main Password when you activated the app. Your Main Password is your account password you use to log into your Customer Portal at MobileEBT.com.

Then you would have been prompted to set up an App Login Password (see image below). You may (or may not) have made both the Main Password (for your Customer Portal) and the App Login Password (or Manager Password) the same to keep it easy to remember.

If you forgot your App Login Password (Manager Password), you can reset it using these instructions or by simply clicking the Forgot Password link on the app login screen.
